• GitHub repository analysis and scoring
• AI-powered CV content generation
• Multiple CV templates and designs
• PDF export functionality
• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scoring

3. Account Registration

To use CV4Devs, you must:

• Sign in with a valid GitHub account
• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload ("User Content"), including:

• CV profiles and personal information
• Work experience descriptions
• Custom text and modifications

License to Us

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your User Content
• Process your content through AI services for generation features
• Create backups for data protection

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Content Responsibilities

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates any applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or collect data from other users
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Free Tier

Our free tier includes limited features as described on our pricing page.

Paid Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Lifetime Access

Lifetime access grants permanent access to Pro features as they exist at time of purchase. Major new features may be offered as separate products.

Price Changes

We may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

7. AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer

CV4Devs uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content
• AI suggestions are starting points, not final content
• We do not guarantee that AI content will be suitable for any particular job application

Your Responsibility

You must:

• Review all AI-generated content before use
• Ensure accuracy of your final CV
• Take responsibility for any content you submit to employers

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

CV4Devs and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Template Designs

Our CV templates are provided for personal use in creating your CVs. You may not:

• Redistribute templates separately
• Use templates for commercial template products
• Remove our branding from exported PDFs (free tier)

9. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
